A Quick Trip

We had a great and HOT quick trip to Dallas.  We spent 2 days with my sister's family.  The kids love playing with their cousins!

Mitchell liked the water in limited doses.  Having something to chew on was a definite plus!

 They spent many hours perfecting a timely jump!  Andy, Roman, Annie, Addison, and Ben

 Oh, the joys of an IPAD.  The kids quickly learned to navigate.  The kitchen timer was a FABULOUS tool for helping Ben, Annie, and Emily to take turns!

Mitchell was typically starving when Grandma got home from work and I was putting the finishing touches on dinner. 

 Mitchell learned the joys of crawling and the dishwasher, as we don't have one here for him to climb on.  Sadly, Grandma's plates suffered a few casualties due to Mitchell going from 'rocking' to 'crawling.'

 Jamie would come home from work just in time to give baths!  Love having helpers at the end of the day!

 Our days were spent playing with friends.  Sadly, my camera only worked outside, so I just have a few pictures of playing at the park for a group play date.  Above is Ben and Emily with our favorite twins, Asher and Avery.  Below is Ben and Kylie pushing Mitchell on the swing.

 These two girls are so cute.  They couldn't really remember each other but were able to be friends right away!  Annie and Brynnley.

It was a fun trip, although busy days make the time pass so quickly.  We didn't get near enough in, but there is always next time!
